Es un horror tener que ir a una cita médica, te citan a una hora y te hacen esperar horas y horas, odio tener que ir al doctor y aparte las señoras de la recepción son bien groseras y mala carientas

My husband went for his 1115 appointment at 11 he got there early, second time here. Sat in lobby area for an hour he called me I said go ask they said doctor would be there in a few little bit later take him to the back to do blood work then in a room. Mind you there is only him and another couple in office. He sits in office another hour gets up looks out door nothing he hears the other man in another room complaining as well. I have called 2 days in a row trying to get help with referrals. The woman who answers the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional, Claudia Martinez. When I call and ask questions I have no idea if the person on the other line is a nurse or receptionist. Arguing with me while the patient is present because she didn't know or it's not her job is a poor excuse instead of directing me to someone who can help. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Came for a checkup in November. Got bloodwork done. When they forgot to do a test I had to come back the next day to give more and next thing you know: Three separate bills. Two for bloodwork just for their negligence. I payed way too much for a visit. The charge is not worth the visit to this small musty office.
