I had a great experience with Dr. Ong personally, but unfortunately, I will not be returning to this practice. My wife’s experience with Dr. Atiga was very different. In our experience, his communication came across as rude and dismissive, and we were extremely disappointed with the care she received. OMG we had the most wonderful experience with my kids and my annual physical, routine check up! The roles have been slightly reversed since my wife started working and I now have to take the kids to their Dr appointments. I have to admit, I was a little uncomfortable at first because I normally don’t handle the whole kid dr visits. However, the staff was super friendly and the PA was very helpful! Thank you so much to Victoria and the rest of the team! You made this a very positive experience.
