I had one cracked window and a bad sliding glass door frame. So far for rose two items I have 17 hours of wait time invested over 4 trips waiting on them to show up. That’s 4 trips now and the only thing fixed is the window. They give you a 4 hr window and that’s it. Rarely am I ever even called the 30 min prior to arrival which I’m always told they will do. I’m currently waiting on a supervisor to come look at the broken door frame so that he can then tell someone there to fix it. He’s 1 hr late window 8-12 and not here. Af... read more

Had a cracked window, Josefina said she would start a claim. 3 weeks later she said her boss stated it was not cover under warranty. She even stated that other people had same issues in my neighborhood and that her boss said it was not cover. If they are the supplier for the builder and multiple people are having same issue then apparently the windows are defective. I do not recommend them. Use another company. I will he calling my builder too
