Fantastic service! James took my call and coordinated everything needed for our new gate system on the first call. He scheduled the install and the techs were on site bright and early. The techs Mark and Josh did an outstanding job on the install. From start to finish, I could not be happier with the experience.
It was approx 15 years ago was I first used AT&I at a property I worked at in Deerfield Beach. At the time my experience with most gate companies were far from favorable, but with AT&I I was amazed by their honesty. They are a great consistent group of decent honest people that do-good work period! I value and have trusted their input and service along the way, and will continue to do so, as they have yet to fail me. Thank you, AT&I Systems!!
Repeated problems with the gate call box to my community where the call would go through and the gate doesn’t open. The lack of response from company is also concerning. This recent event have been down for almost a week with no resolution timeline. Would not recommend based on my experience.
Found out this was the company for our gate and it's been 3 months since I've had to deal with their lack of knowledge it seems To fixing a noisy gate. It squeals every night and everyday. If it rains the symptoms are remedying for a day and then back to squealing. The complex I'm complaining to them about is blu. I'll withdrawal my review upon repairing the rear gate. They are always helpful on the phone and good about getting a tech out quickly when necessary.
