Had a water leak from a neighboring condo. Mike Mahan and Brian Ciancaglini did a great job cleaning up and restoring our condo.

The PM Patricia Delgado and her team did a wonderful job throughout the water damage remediation process. Their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were excellent from start to finish. The work was handled efficiently, the site was kept organized and clean, and all concerns were addressed promptly. Very satisfied with the overall service and coordination provided by Patricia and her team.
These guys are great! Bill Smith contacted me immediately. He got someone to come out the same afternoon. Tom Snyder was on time, was very professional, and a really nice guy. He cared about the financial situation I am in and found a solution. I hate it when service people come in and they to push you into financial decisions that are not feasible. I recommend ATI Restoration to anyone who might need their services. It's the rainy season. I'm sure lots of people are going to need help.
We had a big water Intrusion from a neighbor above. Mike Mahan (outstanding friendly and competent) was our project director and he did an awesome job, he really walked above and beyond to please our needs. Despite we stayed in Europe he always answered the phone immediately and I got all information needed. His team did a top job with dry out the place and startet with the restoration. Complaints were dealt with immediately. We are very pleased with these guys and we can only recommend ATI. Tom
