Over the past few weeks we've had a ton of rain and I was worried about suspected water intrusion into our home. Upon the recommendation of a friend, I called the ATI Restoration national phone number and they quickly forwarded me to the San Jose office, who called me back in less than 5 minutes. Mark N., who is one of the project directors from ATI SJ, came out to my property today free-of-charge to check things out with a moisture meter and gave me very helpful recommendations. Our kitchen and family room flooded over Thanksgiving break. My insurance company recommended ATI. Billy, Jenny and their crew were excellent. They got on it and made sure we were able to get all of the affected material out asap, dried everything out and contained the mold. In the end they confined what could have been an enormous disaster (full kitchen remodel) into a more manageable situation for us.
