Brent Williams was so helpful and cooperative through out this whole process.
This place is deceptive, not very thoughtful of their clients, fraudulent, and not transparent. They appear to be committing insurance fraud (please read to end of this review to see the fraud). This company was recommended by my boyfriend's insurance to come out and repair water damage to his house. Due to a poor repair job, water from the upstairs bathroom had leaked into the kitchen ceiling creating damage.
