I was recommended to ATI through USAA. USAA is a great company that looks out for veterans. I am sure if USAA knew this company was ripping off retired disabled veterans who served 21 years fighting for Freedom they would stop using this company. I will say in the beginning customer was great. I had some challenges that caused to put a halt on the project but that shouldn’t have mattered because my project was small. Gave an offensively low quote to our insurance company that would not remotely cover half of the job needed to put our bathroom and closet back. This is despite them walking the job with my contractor who is also a licensed Allstate contractor. Wouldn’t surprise me if Allstate is paying them to rip off homeowners. Unethical, they do not seem to know what they are doing, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a job properly done. Pretty good at the work they do, but it's legit been MONTHS and the "project manager" handling the restoration where I live STILL can't give us a date when they'll come back to install cabinets & R/O system so the job can be completed. Feels like they half finished the job and forgot about us over here, or the PM is just incompetent. ***24+ hrs later..... NO CONTACT and STILL no ETA on job completion. Time to consider the job abandoned, hire someone else to complete it, and back-charge ATI at whatever rate THEY wanna charge ... read more

This company installed a laminate two years ago and year later laminate started to pop up from everywhere. They send people to check it and it was not properly installed.We contacted them a dozen times and the answer was “We will call you later”. Already 4 months nobody call us. Tried to contact through email- no answer. I would not recommend it. After calling them is already 20 days without response.!!! This company is a big red flag.
