Great place for PT and Rob is so wonderful!!
ATI was fraudulently over-billing me for more time and treatment than actually received and then refuse to even admit that it's impossible for me to have received almost 2 hours of treatment in a 1 hour session on multiple occasions. Then referred it to their "concierge team" who took a month to say "looks good to us, pay us now!" without addressing the fact that it was impossible for me to have completed the treatment for which I'm being billed. Avoid all ATI locations at all costs and visit the vastly-superior Athletico!
Rob is a fantastic physical therapist and the facility is top notch, clean and organized. Everyone is beyond professional and hospitable.
I have been going to Physical Therapy most of my life due to an underlying condition. I recently moved to the area and started seeing Rob at ATI in Wilmette. I have been very happy with my treatment. Rob is thorough, really listens, and is excellent at finding and fixing the problem. ATI also makes the insurance process easy which is a big relief.
