I have been a customer at several PT firms and locations, but the Audelia location of ATI was superb. The therapists are knowledgeable, generate relevant workouts, and I made more progress with them than all of the other groups combined. Though I don’t plan on being back (due to their success with me) I recommend them!

Difficult to cancel appointments. Building is too small for the amount of customers who are there at once. Not enough space to do your exercises. James Kim is rude. If someone says "thank you", the appropriate response is " you're welcome, no problem, happy to help, etc", not, mhm, yep, or no response at all. This has happened to me numerous times and I've witnessed it happen with other customers as well. And before ATI replies that I didn't go here, I absolutely did. The other PTs/assistants were pleasant.
Great experience over the course of several weeks.The whole staff is friendly and helpful, and Greg really knows his stuff.
