Professional and courteous staff. This is my second prescription in the past three years. Remote customer service is poorly designed and operates. Similarly the customer app is crude. And, perhaps most importantly the corporate group is unethically manipulating customer reviews on Google by pre-populating favorable comments and setting 5- stars as the default. Suggest therapy candidates disregard all Google reviews for this organization.
