Services are great but it’s hard to get scheduled when you like
The therapist are actually excellent but ATI’s billing process is terrible. Do not opt in for auto pay. I have not had physical therapy since mid January and I continue to auto pay for services not rendered. I have tried contacting them and I have not been able to stop them from charging me. Last time I go with ATI. I should have tried 360 Therapy might have been better.
Great staff. Works you hard but gets results.
Staff has always been pleasant, professional, and caring. Definitely ended sessions better than when I started!!
Literally couldn’t have asked for more! My injury was all taken care of, all my questions were answered, and I was equipped on exercises and ways to prevent re-injury. All the therapists were very kind, down to earth, and very knowledgeable. I worked predominantly with Jake and he was fantastic! Highly recommend!!
