I couldn't walk very well. I thought that was the way an 85 y/o felt. I had stabbing pain in thigh, excruciating pain getting into car, and sometimes used a walker. I had 2 diagnosis for hip replacement. Took long time getting out of bathtub because my hip hurt rolling over. Nurse practitioner suggested physical therapy at ATI @ cr 6, Elkhart IN. Great advice. Staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable. They show examples of proper movements, keeping track of your progress and workouts. They explain how the motion can help or impede your progress. I feel the staff is why and how my improvement is progressing. The cellular ATI App allows me to do the same exercises at home and continue to advance in my healing and strengthening.
