I had a bicep tear earlier in the year which required surgery. After going to PT at a different facility, I ended up at ATI to do work hardening in order to meet my work requirements and get back to work (which is independent workouts for the most part). It was a long road, but I have finally been discharged. Branden, Kristin, and Nicole were absolutely outstanding. Charged my credit card for each visit ( not helpful). Then sent a bill for additional $179. I called 4X requesting a printout of charges. Every request ignored. Refusing to explain charge and sent to collections.
This has been the best physical therapy experience every. Kristin, Nicole, Nicole and Katie treated me with so much respect, dignity and compassion. I never once felt pushed to do something or made to feel like I was not doing enough. I even looked forward to going to physical therapy. I felt like I was at the gym with friends and working out. 100% will be back when/if needed. Thank you so much ladies for your amazing care.
