I was skeptical of physical therapy helping me, but thanks to the dedication and skill of Olivia and her team, I have made great progress with reducing shoulder and arm pain from herniated cervical disks over 6 weeks. A highly professional as well as warm and caring group of therapists in a clean, bright facility. Highly recommended.
This is my second visit to ATI, for different needs. I was greeted by Olivia, who took time to understand and measure my “frozen” shoulder issues. Since I was doing this PT in conjunction with a Physician injection of a steroid, I wanted to maximize my visits while the steroid was keeping my pain under control. Olivia and the crew were very helpful and did an excellent job. I had a rotar cuff injury with very limited mobility, and they got me back to normal mobility. They gave me plans/exercises to keep doing at home to maintain/get stronger. I even got some free bands as well! Easy/flexibility to book appointments too. Highly recommend.
