I began my search for a provider following shoulder surgery in January. The first two I called had no openings for weeks. I called ATI and was told they had immediate openings, so I signed up, with reservations - why did they have immediate openings? Were they lower quality?? It seems the provider is only as good as its therapists, and my reservations were completely unfounded. The staff are super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They always manage to make it a fun and engaging experience. Over the years I've been to other physical therapy clinics, but the staff here are by far the best I've ever worked with. I'd definitely recommend!
I have been to different physical therapy companies, but ATI in South Salem is by far the best place I have been to. All of the staff is very friendly, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable about my situation. They know how to help me improve physically. They are great! Raina has really helped me to recover from my surgeries. I am so thankful for her.
