I’ve been suffering from a herniated disc pressing into my spinal nerve. I’ve been coming here to ATI in Lakeway for about a month now, and this team is working miracles. Thanks to Chris and Dara, specifically!
The facility is great, the therapist, Parker, was very good with my concerns, attentive, very polite and pleasant. He is great and friendly to work with and I really enjoyed having Parker as my PT. The front desk staff was always helpful and friendly. What I don't like about ATI is their billing system that even after paying before leaving each session I still get a bill by mail and email saying I have a balance.
