All the physical therapists are so thoughtful, kind and empathetic. They make the whole experience a lot less painful. Big shoutout to Katie, Bruno and Shayaan!
Update 1/26/2026-My experience at ATI in The Colony was very positive. My concerns and questions were addressed quickly. I was treated fairly and given appointments that fit my schedule. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was given exercises I could do at home, very helpful. Only concern or observation I found was negative was when one therapist was out due to illness for 2 1/2 weeks, only once to my knowledge another therapist was brought in to help. Bruno and his team at the ATI in The Colony are AMAZING! Could not ask for a more professional, friendly and caring environment for recovery after a shoulder injury. Highly recommend and ask for Bruno when you go!
