Recently my dad visited this location ( 4 times), and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. He does not speak English, and the staff did not make any effort to accommodate his language needs. We called and communicated many times that we needed an in person translator but they chose to ignore us. Every time we visited they acted clueless. We were very disappointed with the service here. My dad doesn’t speak any English, and even though I called multiple times requesting an in-person translator since I am unable to take him to his appointments, none was arranged. As a result, he struggled to understand the appointment and didn’t feel supported. He didn’t feel cared for. I hope the clinic puts more effort into being inclusive with patients that have language barriers because it’s so disheartening how they treated my dad.
Not a good experience. They are very unaccommodating. If you do not speak english and need assistance with translation. Do not expect them to be accommodating. Everyone should be able to communicate and understand what's going on. Hoping they will treat future patients better and not how we were treated.
