I had a very disappointing experience at ATI Physical Therapy. From my initial visit, I didn’t feel particularly impressed. My physical therapist appeared extremely tired, and the evaluation felt rushed and superficial. Despite this, I decided to give the place another chance before making a final decision. However, during my most recent visit on Thursday, my PT was juggling three patients at the same time, including me—and then took on a fourth patient about 30 minutes later into the session.
