I recently started my PT at ATI and so far I am very impressed by the attention to detail and program design that the ATI team has put together for me. Can't wait to see the final result after my 6-week program.
The therapist are working on too many people at one time. Making your experience and care not as good as when you first started. Last time I went this happened. My therapist forgot to give me heat before we started. He had 2 others he was working on. And others coming in. I started and ended up hurting myself. I had to stop. Said I need heat and that I'm hurting. Then I was left on my own to finish after the heat packs. No one said i was done. I had to ask. Most of my other visits have been good. Joe and Nicolo are knowledgeable, professional, and truly listened to my needs and concerns. They did a great job helping me get my knee functioning again. The whole staff, including Eric, was caring and supportive. I had a wonderful experience with ATI in Lexington and already miss them!
