I hate to leave this review because I enjoyed working with Grace, Gretchen, and Nemo. This 1-star review is a reflection of my being slapped with an unexpected bill of $475 for just 5 sessions of PT. I was told that due to the turn of the new year, I would have more sessions covered, and encourgaed by the team at ATI to book more sessions. In fact, because I was leaving the country, I was encouraged to book as many as possible. I was told that my co-pay would continue to be $50. This ATI location is definitely one of the better ones that I've been in. I like how clean and spacious the facility is, and the staff is very warm and caring, esp.my physical therapist, Alissa. She's very accommodating and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate her expertise and her help. I highly recommend this place!! However, because the majority of the clients have issues with mobility, I feel like the front door should be automatic but it's not.
