The staff at ATI are professional, friendly and attentive. I’ve been showing improvement after 1 month and am glad I decided to work on my recovery. The Lemon Ave location in Dallas are great. They are thorough, informative, and always check in with how you’re feeling after an exercise. They provide you with a detailed list of exercises to take home with you.Â
My therapist is very professional and caring.Â
Friendly group, although your care is shared by the entire team, not 1 therapist. Cleanliness was an issue for me. Equipment was not wiped down in-between patients (beds were wiped, just not hands on equipment). Often times the receptionist was running me through my exercises, I think they are short staffed. I could not get needle therapy or cupping down here with this company - not an issue with my insurance as I have had it done elsewhere under insurance.Â
This place is great! They really go out of there way to make sure you are getting a 360 degree approach to therapy. From dry needling, to massage and exercise! The place is clean and super nice people!Â
