My first visit I explained that I wouldn’t be able to afford many visits since I’d have to pay out of pocket (my insurance deductible is too high to even reach it). And the guy was very nice and understandable and said okay we will try to reduce the amount of visits by having you do at home exercises. Each visit after this first one has gone downhill tremendously. They have zero plan already in place for you they just say eh okay umm go do this stretch and then walk away to be with a different person leaving you waiting ther... read more
