The Michigan Ave location staff was awesome and easy to work with,they were very understanding in my situation and were really helpful in getting my shoulder back in shape. Especially Dena and Amanda I would recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Don’t trust this place!! They gave me an appointment for 1/9/26 at 11am When I got to their place at 7315 Irving park They said we don’t have therapist for you and also I don’t have any appointments, Not only that they didn’t try to find out Why? I did call their center office and told them that I am recording this call but I was transferred and disconnected! This really bad bad bad place to go for therapy!!!! Think twice b/4 you call this place
FYI to business owner. Called but bot unhelpful. It eventually offered to transfer me to an associate, which I accepted, but then it hung up… :(
Hi l would like to express my wonderful experience l have encountered at 1340 E 47th St. I started on 5/4/22 & l finished my last session on 6/8/22 from the moment l got there Kim, the receptionist greeted me with professionalism then l met Mr Paulo who definitely was all about asking me do everything correctly for my knees l love his kindness l definitely learned a lot from my friend l called handsome Mr Kaleb making sure l stretched my muscles who was very soft spoken and also kind l enjoyed Morgan & Kayla who l didn’t hav... read more
