Physical therapy itself was fine. The company is a problem. Upon completion of my final appointment, I pad my co-pay as I had during my previous appointments. I asked if I would owe anything more. The person who processed my payment said I would not. I asked again, stating that I had been told by other PT providers that I owed nothing, only to later receive a bill. The reason why I gave 5 stars has to do with efficiency/professionalism and the pursuit with meeting the needs of the individual. They helped to put me at ease when hurting due to the excercise. They also tried to work around my schedule as much as possible.
The tools and strategies you share have made a big difference in my life, day one when I came my left knee was in so much pain, four visits and I can already feel the difference now I look forward for my next visit cannot wait until this pain leave for good never experienced pain like this before Thank you guys for helping me feel better
