I just graduated from therapy at The Marysville State ATI office. Every visit I had with my providers there was informative professional and encouraging. They made sure I knew how to do each exercise correctly, gave me printouts to take home and always sent out reminders before my next appointment. Their customer service is lacking. I made changed an appt and they called an hour later to confirm the one I canceled not the one I rescheduled. They couldn’t tell me why or how it was not scheduled. When making appts get names
Very grateful for this team of people helping me through my healing journey!! Their techniques and guidelines have me so much clarity, hope, and strength in building confidence in the road to recovery! I had torn my tendon under my knee, and dislocated my knee, but after a few months I was feeling much better, and able to walk normal again!
