They need to provide the attention of services that they are contracted to provide. And, stop leaving the patient/ client laying alone on a table to do their own therapy unattended! Injury is caused by doing therapy unsupervised while the therapist folds towels and does laundry in the facility. Shame on them! There will be lawsuits and reports to the State of Illinois.
Great PT & OT, i received wonderful help for my arthritic hands & lower back. I continue to receive therapy for my knees as well. My therapists are great; Lauren (PT), Karen (OT), Adrian, and of course Alice:)
