When I started my flexibility was very limited but chopa helped me improve in flexibility, standing and walking. Now I am to take care of myself better.
Chapa worked me hard...but the end result was awsome

They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the treatment plan, and address my specific needs. The exercises and techniques they recommended have made a significant difference in my recovery, and I feel stronger and more mobile each day.
