My therapist Al was great. He was very patient, helpful, answered my questions and he showed genuine concern. All staff was kind and friendly. The facility was clean.
I had hip replacement surgery at the end of 2025 and just had no idea how physical therapy was going to go. The entire staff at this office was absolutely amazing. Each person brought their own touch to my recovery with different exercises, which I appreciate. They were professional and caring. I watched how they greeted every guest by name when they entered the facility. I just want to say thank you!!!
This was by far the most supportive and helpful I could have asked for when on the road to recovery. They push you to be a better physical version of yourself. Thanks guys.
The PT team at ATI in Waterloo were great at guiding and coaching me in activities designed to help me regain strength, flexibility and range of motion of my right arm following surgery on my elbow..
