They don't listen to you and they think you're an idiot and can't tell the difference between burning pain from an injury and burning pain from a muscle workout. For me this resulted in a new injury they created in the middle of my back. They then refused care, saying they didnt have authorization. I’ve held off on writing this review hoping ATI would get their billing act together but today I received a bill for $600 when my last visit was in December 2024 (about 7 months ago). 3-4 months ago I had to deal with ATI and my insurance because ATI failed to notify anyone that two of the clinicians were no longer approved by insurance which made my share of the cost significantly higher. That was resolved. Now I have a new bill and probably hours worth of calls to make. The PTs and PTAs at this clinic are fantastic. But AT... read more
Very disappointed in the visit and definitely don't recommend them. Through out my visit I am being told I am "ready" to go back to work and I don't need their services, despite hearing my concerns as to why. So I've stopped scheduling my appointments. Don't disregard a client and dismiss their concerns regardless of their progression. I am required to lift 60+lbs every 30 seconds, 8 hours a day. Your therapy doesn't cover that scenario. Why dismiss my concerns and then write "Non-Compliant" on my paper? I stopped showing up... read more
