Attentive to my special needs daughter.. very professional.
They don't listen to you and they think you're an idiot and can't tell the difference between burning pain from an injury and burning pain from a muscle workout. For me this resulted in a new injury they created in the middle of my back. They then refused care, saying they didnt have authorization.
