2 of my 3 visits were shared with one or more customers due to poor staffing. However, they still billed my insurance $1,200... Still trying to wrap my head around each charge because apparently the billing department does not know what they mean. I am skeptical. After a month of PT I questioned my therapist about lack of progress. Should I do different exercise, longer? more often. No it just takes time. Then at the next assessment it was done after 30 min of exercise. Which without any PT would show progress. My muscles warm up. Even bigger progress if it was measured after a hot shower. Breanna is exceptional. She does her job with a very compassionate and skilled care.
Would not be going back. The initial consultation is great but follow on visits is waste of time and money. They have one therapist attending up to 4 patients at the same time. So therapist breeze by their instructions and move on to next patient, no monitoring on your activities. Which defeats the purpose of visiting them. I can watch YouTube videos and do the activities myself.
