Madison and Clark have been very helpful and knowledgeable.
I've been going to ATIpt in Rowlett for four weeks now following major back surgery, and I cannot sing their praises enough! Madison, the lead PT, and his crew (Jemiya, Clark, Aisha, etc.) are all excellent therapists with combined knowledge to help patients recover in record time. Best ever!!! Been through a few facilities and this one by far is the best! Madison was my therapist and is very knowledgeable, attentive and progressive. Got me better than normal Thanks to the entire staff! Friendly and supportive...love ya'll
My first reaction to the Rowlett location was that it was small and very crowded - just claustrophobic. The beds were close to each other and the techs had multiple clients each. One client had to ask another tech if they were through because their tech had left them for another client. If you want a personal touch this is not the place for you.
