I won’t return! They are terrible at explaining how much you’ll owe!! I left there 4 weeks into therapy mainly because I was told I’d owe $50 at each visit until I met my deductible of $250. Then I was told I would owe even more for a family deductible. I am NOT an insurance person, it’s super confusing so I expected them to be able to explain my financials. This is my 3rd time with Dr Wyland and 3rd time using ATI therapy. Both have been very good. I have no complaints. One thing I do like is that my doc and therapy are in the same building. It makes it convenient.
This is my third time using ATI, Pine St location. My experience has been very positive. The therapists are good listeners, attentive, and really do their best to help people get back to their best.
