ATI development is simply the best! In previous years I have been having bad luck in finding good, trustworthy and reasonable roof professional, who would find root cause and fix our leaking roof over detached garage. I came across either scammers or not reasonable priced(overpriced )handyman or roofers. Attila and Monica came to the rescue, after we had another heavy rain, our roof was leaking heavily. We had our roof replaced by ATI and satisfied with the final result. While their pricing was at the higher end of the quotes we received, we felt it was fair given the requirements of our roof. Based on my own research, our roof’s slope required full ice and water shield coverage rather than the standard application, which factored into the cost. ATI is a professional family owned business who takes customer service and their job to the next level. They are kind, detialed orientated, upfront, professional, informative, and deal directly with the insurance companies. Monika and Attila Buri are amazing! We had them out to clean our gutters and inspect our roof. I have gutter guards but as always things find their way in, and it was no problem for them. They removed and reinstalled the guards, cleaned the gutters perfect and left no mess. No trying to upsell me on a new roof, just an honest fair appraisal of what they thought!
