This was the most welcoming loving jewler I have ever been to being a indian person walking into a Prouds or any of the other jewellery stores i have felt like im being watched with every move i make, but when I walked in the lady who owns the shop asked what I was looking for and helped me to a massive extent she talked to us about us and her life she shared story's and was so kind i loved walking into her shop it was the best experience ive had thank you and I will come again
The lady Ruby is a sweet talker but when you talk about pricing she says do not bargain. She talks high about her workmanship and being in Melbourne for several years but to be honest I did not have a good experience. Got a ring made and she quoted a certain price saying approx that much gold will be used and said when the ring is made we will again weigh and adjust the price accordingly. Would not recommend this place and will stay clear as the lady will rip you off.
