The lady that serves at this store (Ruby) is a complete scammer. She overcharges without any conscience. Never custom make anything at this store, she will over charge by $1000-$2000 for anything custom made. Extremely rude, inconsistent with pricing, keeps increasing the price by a $1000 every time you ask what the price is. Not professional and has no ethics. very disappointed with my purchase, the lock is broken, they fixed it when I made the purchase same day lock not work, i move to different state, today want to wear first time, unable to lock earings, feel so sad today, regret for my purchase, please guys don’t waste money and your time, very expensive jewellery. Not worth to buy , not recommend, not even deserve one star.
Wish I never walked in this place I had a beautiful cross pendent that they destroyed, all I wanted was a hook put on it and I ended up with my pendent destroyed. If you need jewellery repaired stay clear from this place if you know what's good for you. They don't even deserve this one star.
