EVERY time we call for replacement medical supplies, they refer to a former order that was changed YEARS ago. They will send the old order and then we need to send that incorrect one back and then wait for the correct one to be delivered. We have spoken to the supervisors with no changes, or long term resolutions. Ridiculous!
