RecommendedBoth times I went in there I got excellent service, from the first time I was confused and they help me with a car payment which they were so nice giving me the loan for my car to today when I open a account and the nice worker who helped me and explain everything to me, it's always nice having someone give you a compliment and this bank has been so helpful and I got amazing service from the worker that helped me today , thank you �

Love this Credit Union. I just bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee about a month ago from my dealership and they really step up for their members. They have earned my business for many more auto loans and eventually a home loan. Thank you!

I am unhappy that I was charged a $2.50 fee for using the ATM in Orange, Mass. I'm a member of another credit union and this has never happened to me. Needless to say, I'll find someplace else to use an ATM.
