Brian is simply a master of his craft. He is not only knowledgeable but he listens to you and plans accordingly to your goals. I had knee surgery years ago and was never 100% back. I had a few adventures doe this year that required high body demand and he helped me get stronger and more balanced, which gave me the confidence I needed. Jamie is also great at the front. Lastly, my whole family has benefited from Alkeme, from back and knee issues to ankle surgery. Great place, highly recommend!
