Mona was great and really helped me develop a plan that I worked for me. At the end of our sessions I had what I needed to build on our work and avoid re-injury. I hope I don’t need PT in the future but if I do I would definitely come back. I’d recommend this clinic to anyone in the area. Thanks again Mona!
I’ve been to various Athletico locations over the years to treat different sports-related injuries. After a tough marathon training cycle where I was battling IT band syndrome, I gave up trying to treat it myself and called the closest Athletico. I got paired with Paul, who was a fellow runner training for the marathon. He did a great job helping me understand where the pain was originating from and proposed a path forward for effective treatment. Paul helped me open up my shoulder and back that was completely knotted up. He suggested dry needling, which helped A TON. Dry needling helped un-knot the muscles and then the PT exercises helped strengthen the muscles that were tight. After a few months, i can say i am back to normal after an excellent program here.
