I worked with Paul for six weeks as I rehabbed a lingering lower back pain. For context, I had 2-3 months of random shooting pain that my primary care doctor could not accurately diagnose. In my first visit, Paul was able to identify the area of my back causing this pain, and help me work through exercises to strengthen the area and ultimately stop the discomfort from occurring all together.
