The therapy itself was fine, but the poor customer service made the overall experience negative.
This location is PHENOMENAL! All the staff are extremely helpful, caring, and dedicated to the patients. I have been working with Mona through my post-op rehab, and she has been super great with supporting me through my journey and helped me see so much progress. I also get to see Audrey at the desk a lot, and she is super kind and helpful and walks me through a lot of my exercises as well. I have been extremely satisfied with my care at this Athletico and would highly recommend to anyone seeking PT care. These guys ROCK!
Highly recommend this office and Mona specifically! I’ve seen a major improvement through my sessions and they set me up with a very extensive at home exercise program. Super friendly office.
Melissa helped me rehab my hip after injuring it running. My pain has improved tremendously and I'm finally getting back into my activities. She's very knowledgeable and invested in your recovery! 100% recommend!
