Everyone is so nice and helpful.
Did my concussion therapy with Justin. It was a 3/4 week process and by the end of the work I felt much improved and got back to my physical activities comfortably. The best part of working with Justin is that he is very careful with tracking my symptoms and improvement and making adjustments on intensity and types of recovery exercises. This cleared my uncertainty and stress over the recovery. Would highly recommend to those who are seeking concussion rehab
The therapy team at Athletico River North Location (Wabash & Kenzie) has been great. I had surgery at the beginning of February and am progressing well. Justin and his team listens carefully to my concerns and adjusts my exercises and updates my home exercise program frequently to ensure I am progressing. All the staff has been great to work with. After spraining my IT band during the Chicago marathon last year, the River North team especially Justin, Tyler, Grace, Shanrika and Jasmine helped me get back on track. Their support and encouragement made a huge difference in my recovery. Justin took the time to educate me on the importance of strengthening my glutes and how a strong glute supports my hips and hamstrings, which was a game changer for my running. My PT, Grace, and the whole office were extremely friendly and helpful. Grace made sure I advanced well through my PT, while keeping me from moving too fast and re-injuring myself. I would definitely work with her (and them) again if needed.
