My wife and I both come here. We highly recommend them. We are completely impressed with their professionalism and the care they have given my wife.Their staff is not only very friendly but highly skilled. What we love the most is the individualized attention during therapy. Absolutely loved my time here working on my pelvic floor after having my second baby. It was an easy referral from tricare to initially get. Not only did I start to have better pelvic control, but I was given the tools to practice and continue strengthening at home, even after my referral expired. If I have any issues in the future requiring physical therapy, this is my number one go to spot. Definitely worth a try!
I recently went for physical therapy at Athletico physical therapy at the Virginia Beach location and the staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, encouraging and attentive. Lydia created an exercise regimen fit for my situation. I always looked forward to going to my appointments. I highly recommend it if you are willing to do the work!
Dr. Lydia Barteau did a great job getting me back to work following pectoral tear surgery. I truly recommend her for any physical therapy needs you might have. I no doubt recovered faster and stronger because of her. Courtney at the front desk did an amazing job accommodating my schedule and is great at communicating any issues that presented themselves.
