Very friendly staff & very helpful
While the staff was great, they have a policy of charging for a cancellation. Yet they stack 4-5 people per appointment so you're not the only person your therapist is working on. My policy is to not pay for work not performed. My doc even prescribed more treatments, yet they wouldn't waive the fee. Too bad.
I dislocated my shoulder and I was told about this place Athletico physical therapy. I was not aware of what I was getting into. But since I have been here I have done alot better, moving it more than I did before. I have been to Festus, Mo first and then I went to the one in South city and everyone has been so friendly, helpful, considerate, unde rstanding to your needs of your pain especially Anna she has really been helpfully, she is considerate, and always asked question about how you are doing?
The South City Athletico’s staff is professional, caring and friendly. My therapist, Anna G. is so supportive and really cares about my wellbeing. She encourages me and is always got a smile on her face.
Everybody in this clinic is amazing! Super friendly they work well as a team and Anna has been great with helping my hand and my shoulder! Thank you Athletico
