I tried Athletico for a few months but always felt like something was odd about my treatment. I had no prior experience with PT clinics so I waited too long but did finally switch to a new place and it’s a night and day difference. With Athletico I rarely received manual stretching or massage and very little oversight or guidance on exercises as I noticed my trainer would manage 4-5 patients at a time.
