Great therapists here. I’d highly recommend Athletico. They’re focused on long term, strength based solutions to pain. I came in with constant pain and weakness to do day to day activities. I also needed help with improving strength and mobility for golf. All the exercises Sam and I worked through targeted my weak areas and helped me build strength to tackle day to day activities.
