Kristin, Matthew, and the rest of the staff here are great! I felt supported throughout my recovery.
I am getting old and the body isn’t what it used to be. Over the past few years, i have had to deal with a shoulder problem and a bulging disk in my back. Both times I worked with the therapists at this location. The staff here are great. I worked with multiple PTs on my back, which took months to fix. I did everything from strength training, stretching, and dry needling to help my symptoms. Scheduling was also easy. They seemed to be flexible with my schedule and finding times that work. The staff here is amazing to work with! They helped me so much throughout the long recovery post surgery. I primarily worked with Kristen (and Kelly a few times) they were both so knowledgeable and created routines that challenged me and even some fun workouts. I hope I don't have to do physical therapy again soon but know I'd be in good hands here if I ever did!
I cannot recommend Athletico Roscoe Village enough! This team truly cares about you and your recovery from the moment you walk in to your last day. I've worked with Kelly twice and have had the best experience, and know that the rest of the team is phenomenal as well. All of them are so knowledgeable and take time to help with any questions that arise. The assistants are also lovely and helpful. The facility is well run and clean as well. They're the best!
