I had a great experience at Athletico Physical Therapy in Rochelle. Pam was amazing from start to finish—thorough, encouraging, and truly caring. She used stretching, massage, cupping, and dry needling to help relieve my lower back pain while also strengthening my core. She pushed me just enough while still being gentle and supportive. I just want to say that this place is the best.!I can't believe how much they helped me recover from a lot of pain where I could barely walk without dragging my leg around.staff is awesome they really work you ,so hard ,which is a good thing.so many exercises ,but all much needed.i highly recommend this place.
