I didnt know that I could just walk (limp) into PT, but when I hurt my back this place was the closest healthcare provider to me, and they took care of me! After being immobilized for days, I came in at night and Jeanne saw me immediately. We came up with a plan while I waited for doctors and insurance to get their act together. Absolutely incredible staff and experience! I'm very grateful for my time with both Jeanne and Tyler and everyone on staff - PTAs, PTs and everyone in between. Every person I interacted with was extremely helpful and kind and made my recovery feel seamless. I recommend this location for anyone needing these services.
The River West Athletico has a great staff and fosters a great environment. I can't thank Tyler and Jeanne enough, as well as their aides and Rabia up front. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. Thank you Tyler for helping me get my mobility back (and life)! My recovery process felt individualized to my recovery needs and I had alot of fun in the process.
I felt very comfortable & welcomed during my therapy sessions at Athletico River West. Jeanne & Tyler & the other staff worked with me during my sessions and did an excellent job. Both seemed very caring about my wellbeing and recovery. I highly recommend their services & commitment to helping a person's recovery. They both became my friends during the process and since I am trying to down-size, they both became recipients of some of my surplus collection of artwork from Chicago & St. Louis!
I strained my calf 6 weeks ago and have been working with Jeanne (and Tyler and assistance from Karl) to get back to full mobility with the ultimate goal to get back on the volleyball court, almost there! The team, including Ravia up front, is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciate their flexibility with accelerating exercises based on my progression.
