Jade is the person we all see when we first enter Athletico. She greets you every single day with a smile and a word. She never forgets your name and is there to welcome you. I’ve seen her helping people with everything from securing appointments to navigating their Athletico app. She’s the last person we see after a tough workout. Always encouraging, never lets you leave without a cheerful word of encouragement. Jade continues to make my Athletico experience the very best!!
This is a great spot with helpful and nice people. My PT, Harris, taught me a lot and was patient, but also challenged me.
My experience at Athletico at East Bank Club was the best I could’ve asked for. From the front desk staff and therapists getting to know you and helping out with any issue to thorough, quick diagnosis and rehabilitation. Alyssa was particularly incredible rehabbing me through hip labral repair surgery and getting me back to dancing in under a year. My experience at Athletico in EBC was remarkable. Truly, I enjoyed and even looked forward to coming to PT. I credit that entirely to the amazing PTs and aides that I worked with. They were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, while still being fun and light hearted.
