Nothing but good things to say about the Ravenswood Athletico. From the start, Janisha was extremely helpful getting me in for an evaluation and answering all billing related questions. Lou gave excellent instruction and I could tell she really listened to me as patient and provided very customized guidance. She knew I have a newborn and would tailor my exercises to help not just with recovery, but managing the day to day of toting a baby around. Lu and the entire staff were invaluable to my recovery from knee surgery.
I couldn't have had a better experience here. When I first saw Lou as my PT I was recovering from ankle surgery and was SO frustrated and worried I would never feel normal again. Lou was so compassionate and really helped me be less hard on myself. She and Taylor (and the entire staff) are kind, warm people and the place feels like a little club of people trying to get their lives back. This is amazing and best PT place I've ever found. It is award winning PT place. I've been to a couple other PT places but nothing can beat this place. I will never go anywhere but this location on Montrose in Ravenswood it rocks it's so good. I walk in feeling like I've been coming for years they make you feel right at home Bianca the desk lady is so kind, sweet, amazing understanding and so helpful.
