Caitlin is amazing!! If you need pelvic floor therapy, go! I worked with her for 6 months and feel stronger now than before I had my baby. I can’t recommend her enough!
I went to Athletico PT in Queen Creek AZ for approximately 3 months and when I first went in the front desk clerk checked my insurance and said I would pay $70 out of pocket deductible for my physical therapy appointment. Be careful with this because at the end of my therapy they told me it was $80 and wanted me to pay the difference from the past appointments. I gave this place 2 stars because I was not helped by the therapist at this facility. I didn't give them 1 star because they were friendly and the facility was clean. With that said, I really think this facility could use some lessons on professionalism. I didn't particularly appreciate the overly friendly manner in this facility. I was going there for treatment and help for my condition, not to listen to the therapist laugh and joke around with each other on my paid time there. Staff was extremely educated and competent when it came to personalized training for my needs. They were amazing at explaining the help they were giving and were great at building a rapport that made me feel welcomed!
