I gave this place 2 stars because I was not helped by the therapist at this facility. I didn't give them 1 star because they were friendly and the facility was clean. With that said, I really think this facility could use some lessons on professionalism. I didn't particularly appreciate the overly friendly manner in this facility. I was going there for treatment and help for my condition, not to listen to the therapist laugh and joke around with each other on my paid time there. Staff was extremely educated and competent when it came to personalized training for my needs. They were amazing at explaining the help they were giving and were great at building a rapport that made me feel welcomed!
