I fractured my foot and had to do PT. I’m so glad I chose Athletico for my PT. Jobin was a phenomenal therapist. Who pushed me appropriately to breakthrough both physical and mental limitations. The whole experience was very positive and my foot has recovered nicely. The entire team was friendly and welcoming from Ellie at the front desk to the other therapists and the PT assistants. The people at the Printers Row Athletico were a huge support when I got injured. Each and every member of the team, from the front desk staff to the physical therapists themselves, are kind, supportive, and caring, and they honestly saved me when I was in so much pain. It can feel exhausting to be a patient going to sterile, cold, and scary medical appointments, but coming to PT here feels warm and comforting, like coming to see friends.
Athletico Printers Row is absolutely the best PT Clinic I’ve experienced. Jill leads a fantastic team where everyone is truly committed to a great patient experience. Macey took such great care of me as I worked through several issues. And Ellie leads a front desk completely focused on making your experience as smooth as possible. This team is super engaged , positive, knowledgeable and also willing to challenge you so you progress. Highly recommend the whole team. And thank you!
10/10, very helpful, very kind. Mainly saw Jobin, Eli, and Mike, but Jill, Macey, Ali, Kegan, and Diego were all super nice and had great energy when in here.
Has a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Does have it own parking (huge for this area).
