I have had great care here, my therapist Aidan McKeag is the best.
I went for a free evaluation and they billed my insurance. I specified free evaluation multiple times and this was confirmed. Until I decided not to go back it appears. High pressure from multiple employees to book more appointments than I wanted, they insisted 2-3 per week when I wanted to go once per week. This treatment was voluntary, my idea, Dr was not even going to send me but when I asked for a script said it was optional for me to go. Absolutely fantastic therapists here and I feel greay
David helped me get back to full ROM after having surgery with Occupational hand therapy. He was professional and helpful with any questions and concerns I had he always was willing to help. Jacob helped me get back to work with improving my strength through the ATI work conditioning program that David recommended. With a limited schedule they were both flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend this location!
