After a few sessions, I learned that my usual therapist had moved on to another location, and that my newly assigned therapist was a floater from another location. I considered myself extremely lucky to have been assigned to Jihye Kang. So calm, great touch, terrific conversationalist, and very, very knowledgeable. Took as much time as needed to address and explain any questions I had. Hopefully she'll float again to my usual location next time I need therapy.
Athletico on Devon in Park Ridge is really great. Worked with Stephanie S. She is an amazing therapist. She asks for my concerns and listens to my answers. She adjusts the session according to my needs that day. Very kind and personable. The assistants are very helpful explaining the exercises. The front desk staff is great and always cheerful and ready to help. Very accommodating with appointment changes. A great place to go for physical therapy.
5 would be perfection and even though I was very happy with the therapy there, I believe that there is always room for improvement.
