I have visited this facility several times in the past few years to help me with my lower back pain. In October 2020, everything changed. I fell in the tub. I hit my right arm, slid to my elbow and banged it. The arm moved away and I hit my right breast and right rib cage. Then I slid to the bottom of the tub and hit my hip bone before I finally stopped moving. I have never experienced pain like that in my entire 78 years on this planet.
